Winter Wonderland Theme

Working for our friends at Big Event Group, Stagetex delivered audio and lighting systems for a Winter Wonderland themed corporate party at Hilton Hotel Liverpool.

With only two hours between the end of a day time conference and the start of the dinner, the team of audio visual technicians worked tirelessly to deliver a spectacular event.

Stagetex provided a PA system for X-Factor artist Jamie Archer comprising a Kling & Freitag FOH and monitor system controlled by a Yamaha LS9-16 digital mixing console. Additional Kling & Freitag speakers were located throughout the room to provide a “delay” system ensuring even coverage throughout the venue.

The lighting system comprised a number of Martin Mac250 moving head lighting fixtures projecting water and snowflake gobos throughout the lobby and main venue. 40 Chauvet ColorDash LED uplighters located around the room washed the walls with colour whilst the stage was lit with 8 Par64s. Lighting control was a Compulite Vector provided by LD Joe Bleasdale.
