Working with the London Stock Exchange and Shore Capital to produce a conference for 300 delegates in Liverpool’s Town Hall, Stagetex supplied a complete audio visual production service including staging, lighting, set, projector, screen and PA system.

The set that formed the backdrop to the stage was lit using LED uplighters from the base with a 6000 lumen projector providing a clear image on the central screen. Plasma screens were provided to cover the far sides of the audience and the breakfast room to which a live video feed was fed.

The sound system comprised 8 Kling & Freitag loudspeakers in the main conference space that were controlled by a digital mixing console. Inputs included 6 table top mics for a panel discussion, lectern microphone and handheld wireless “roving” microphones for question and answer sessions.
