Aintree Racecourse Liverpool
Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool is a fantastic venue for conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, concerts, awards ceremonies and other events. Here at Stagetex we have supplied audio visual hire and event production services Aintree Racecourse on a number of occasions – most recently for the MPT Conference which was held in the Golden Miller Suite. Aintree offers capacity for conferences with up to 600 delegates with views overlooking the racecourse making it one of the larger conference venues in Liverpool. There are also a number of smaller meeting space available. If you are planning a larger conference, exhibition or event, the Equestrian Centre can seat up to 10,000 delegates (one of the largest conference and event spaces in the North West). Complimentary parking is available on site and there are easy transport links either by train, car (easy access to M57, M58, M62 and M6) or by plane from Liverpool and Manchester airports.
Blackpool Winter Gardens
The Winter Gardens in Blackpool provides a total of 11 conference and event spaces across two floors. These conference and event rooms are available hire hire indivisually or in any combination to suit events ranging from small breakfast semiars to large scale conferences, awards ceremonies, product launches, fashion shows na other events. Here are some more details of some of our favourite event spaces within Blackpool Winter Gardens: The Olympia The Olympia is one of the larger spaces at Blackpool Winter Gardens and boasts extremely high ceilings, natural light and easy accessibility which makes it perfect for exhibitions, trade shows and product launches. In the past, Stagetex have provided audio visual support for exhibitions in this space including plasma screen hire and projector hire for exhibitors and PA system hire for presentations in the nearby theatre. The Empress Ballroom The Empress Ballroom is a perfect space for large scale conferences with a number of breakout rooms just a few paces away for smaller seminars, syndicate groups or fringe meetings. The Empress Ballroom will seat 1500 theatre style and can cater for standing concerts of up to 3500. The Empress Ballroom is also linked directly to The Arena. Stagetex has provided audio visual hire and event production support for a number of conferences in The Empress Ballroom. The Arena The Arena is one of our preferred spaces for gala dinners and smaller awards ceremonies with up to 300 guests. Using creative lighting the room will form an extremely dramatic backdrop for your event. Litestructures Liteconsole For Hire
Call us for more info & availability: 0845 388 1581 We are really excited to announce that we now have single and double Litestructures Liteconsoles available for hire from just £95+VAT / day. Liteconsole was originally designed as a stand for DJ Legend Paul Oakenfold’s equipment but we have found all sorts of creative uses for it. Our favourite to date is using it as a lectern for an awards show. We have built a 50″ plasma screen into the front of it. During the show, any combination of slides and video can be shown on the screen but what’s really fantastic is showing the name of the award winner on the screen when their name is announced! The Liteconsole makes a fantastic lectern for conferences, award ceremonies and presentations or an exciting stand for DJ equipment. It can be used as a temporary reception desk for an event or as a retail or information booth at an exhibition stand. The Liteconsole’s modular design means that we can incorporate your company’s logo, LED lighting, LED panels or a starcloth into the unit.
