Aintree Racecourse Liverpool
Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool is a fantastic venue for conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, concerts, awards ceremonies and other events. Here at Stagetex we have supplied audio visual hire and event production services Aintree Racecourse on a number of occasions – most recently for the MPT Conference which was held in the Golden Miller Suite. Aintree offers capacity for conferences with up to 600 delegates with views overlooking the racecourse making it one of the larger conference venues in Liverpool. There are also a number of smaller meeting space available. If you are planning a larger conference, exhibition or event, the Equestrian Centre can seat up to 10,000 delegates (one of the largest conference and event spaces in the North West). Complimentary parking is available on site and there are easy transport links either by train, car (easy access to M57, M58, M62 and M6) or by plane from Liverpool and Manchester airports.

The Norbreck Castle Hotel is the largest of Britannia’s hotels in Blackpool. The hotel boasts a total of 480 bedrooms with many offering sea views. Playing our part at GEC Liverpool
Earlier this month the Global Entrepreneurship Congress 2012, a festival for business, came to Liverpool to celebrate enterprise and inspire people to turn their dreams into reality. In addition to sponsoring Liverpool Startup Weekend, Stagetex were on hand to provide audio visual support for a number of events that took place throughout the city during the course of the festival. The first of these was the MEDS Diamond Gala Dinner which took place at EastzEast Restaurant on Liverpool’s Kings Dock. 250 high net worth individuals from the Asian, Arab, Chinese and Afro-Caribbean business community attended the event which was supported by MEDS, Enterprise4All, Liverpool Vision & Liverpool City Council. Stagetex supplied a stage set and starcloth, projection and plasma screens with a live camera feed along with lighting and a sound system for the event. We were also responsible for looking after the technical requirements of “E-Commerce Entrepreneurship 2.0″ which was hosted at PH Creative’s new offices in Liverpool city centre. The event, in association with Google and The North West Fund, featured presentations from Mike Southon (author of The Beermat Entrepreneur) and Bryan Adams from PH Creative. We supplied a PA system and plasma screens for the event along with technicians to support the presenters during the event.

AV Hire Manchester – Sharp Project Launch
Over the past two weeks, Stagetex have been busy working at The Sharp Project in Manchester providing AV hire for their launch. Stagetex has provided audio visual services for three events at the new venue. The first event required a sound system, plasma screens, lighting and staging for an intimate event with around 50 delegates. Cisco provided a TelePrescence (TP) unit for the event that was linked up to the sound system and plasma screens.
