You wil recall that a few months ago we began to replace our Sanyo hire stock with the new Panasonic modes. Now, with dramatically increasing demand, we have increased the stock of projectors that we have available to hire. With a focus on the medium size projectors that are most popular, we have focussed our investment on additional Panasonic EX500 and EZ570 projectors and a large selection of matching lenses and flying frames. The EX500 is a 5000 lumen XGA projector and is ideal for presentations, conferences, awards ceremonies and performances especially where there is heavy reliance on PowerPoint or where budget is a concern. The EZ570 is also a 5000 lumen model but offers full HD widescreen resolution making it an ideal choice for projecting wide screen video content or PowerPoint slides, film viewings and events such as product launches where exceptionally high quality images are paramount. Audio Visual Hire Stock: Lanta Aurora 12T
We’ve recently added 16 high power LED fixtures to hire stock. Ideal as uplighters, for washing stages & sets or lighting objects these neat little fixtures are also IP rated meaning they can be used outside even if it’s raining. Ideal for lighting trees, walls, buildings and water features! We like them so much we’re probably going to be ordering quite a few more in the near future!
Audio Visual Hire Stock: Showtec Phantom 50
We’re continually trying to find creative ways to make our clients’ events look better whilst saving them money and that’s why we chose to add the Showtec Phantom 50 to our lighting hire stock. Weighing in at 5.6kg and being as small as an A4 sheet of paper these units are going to save a fortune in trucking and rigging. We reckon they are brighter than a traditional Mac250 Entour and we event prefer the stock gobos! All round fantastic units. The first six have landed and we’re waiting on delivery of the next 6 units.
Audio Visual Hire Stock: Apple Mac Mini
Everybody is using more and more video content to get their message across and we are increasingly finding our clients looking for high definition projection. We’ve been using QLab for audio playback for a few years now and in our search for the best video playback solution for conferences and events we came across Playback Pro. Both pieces of software run on Apple Macs so we’ve started investing in Mac Minis. Each machine has an HDMI and a Thunderbolt output which will allow us to play back 2 streams of HD video.
Audio Visual Hire Stock: New Projectors
When it comes to projector hire in Liverpool and Manchester we aim to provide the best possible value. That’s why we have just added the new Panasonic EX500E 5000 lumen projector with standard and short throw lenses to our hire stock. Many of our clients are requesting short throw projectors as these minimise the space that is required between the projector and the screen. The lens ratio of the short throw lens (0.8:1) means that we can fill a 10ft wide screen with a distance to the projector of only about 8ft! Included in the delivery is a new Sanyo XP100 6500 lumen projector. The Sanyo XP100 projector is ideal for all medium size projection applications including conferences, awards ceremonies, theatre performances and film screenings. We stock a range of interchangeable lenses for all of our projectors which means that they can be used in a variety of applications. For example, with a short throw, 0.8 lens, the projector can be used for rear projection without having a large distance between the screen and projector (ideal in smaller rooms) or, with medium throw lens (1.8-2.4), the projector could be hung from a truss and used to front project. Our full range of projectors and screens are available to hire from our warehouse based in South Manchester or can be delivered throughout the country.
Prolyte staging added to hire stock
Our AV Hire warehouse has just taken delivery of a stock of Prolyte Stagedex staging which is now available to hire. Our first investment in the system has seen us purchase a number of 1m x 2m staging sections. We will continue to add to this stock with different sizes and accessories over the next 12 months. This light weight modular staging will be used for the smaller conferences, fashion shows, and corporate events that require staging hire as part of the AV hire services that we provide. The Prolyte Stagedex staging system is considerably lighter and thinner than our existing stock of staging and will save our clients a small fortune in trucking costs with no compromise on quality. We will continue to maintain our stock of Litestructures Litedeck staging for the large-scale events and outdoor events that we look after. Litestructures Liteconsole For Hire
Call us for more info & availability: 0845 388 1581 We are really excited to announce that we now have single and double Litestructures Liteconsoles available for hire from just £95+VAT / day. Liteconsole was originally designed as a stand for DJ Legend Paul Oakenfold’s equipment but we have found all sorts of creative uses for it. Our favourite to date is using it as a lectern for an awards show. We have built a 50″ plasma screen into the front of it. During the show, any combination of slides and video can be shown on the screen but what’s really fantastic is showing the name of the award winner on the screen when their name is announced! The Liteconsole makes a fantastic lectern for conferences, award ceremonies and presentations or an exciting stand for DJ equipment. It can be used as a temporary reception desk for an event or as a retail or information booth at an exhibition stand. The Liteconsole’s modular design means that we can incorporate your company’s logo, LED lighting, LED panels or a starcloth into the unit.
